I have always been a fan of CYC .. I went there, couple of my children went there, and now my grandchildren had an opportunity to go there.. Why this post is so important for me; two of my boy grandchildren had a chance to go to camp last week , they are biracial and as much as it pains me to say this they had there first encounter of racism at this camp . They were told by other children they don’t like black kids, they took his shampoo while he was showering and threw it in the garbage and then wouldn’t let him get it back... read more
Excellent facility to host retreats or send your kids for summer camp.
CYC is amazing!! One of the happiest places on Earth and I am not joking. I started camping when I was 8, counseling when I was 16, and directing until I got married and started a family (with a boy I started dating after counseling together). Now my son is there on summer staff and absolutely loves it. Such a great place!! Send your kids to this camp!!
