Catholic Charities does so much for so many! I have been a mentor for a teen in the Refugee and Resettlement Program, too!
in downsizing, had dishes, housewares that I wanted to "give to those in need." contacted Catholic Charities, and not only did the individual let me know where I could take the items, but offered to take the items her/himself - to save me the trip.
I am so grateful that Catholic Charities Southwest Ohio is able to provide all the services that it does. I am especially grateful that they have services for people invited by our government to come here as refugees. It gives all of us an opportunity to welcome the stranger among us, and that is important to living out my faith life.
