Some of the carers are good, but if you want an up to date account balance dont be surprised if they say they are having system issues and are two months behind. This is important because it makes it hard to know what services can be afforded and if they are telling the truth when they say the client needs more care but will have to pay extra for it. This is important because it makes it hard to know what services can be afforded. By comparison when silverchain came out to do a quote, they said they can provide an account balance at any point in time just by opening the app on the laptops.

STAFF AT CATHOLIC HOMES from Management ,physio ,and all the people involved with his service have been every pleasant nothing was to much with help EVEN THOUGH IM WITH A A DIFFERENT PROVIDER so thank you to all involved
