worst experience ever delivering in this facility twice now at very special day of Valentine's day. It should have been a easy delivery for special mum but had to wait more than 30 minutes to be let inside the dungeon type complex. Until one family member is coming out of the gate I was able to get in. Who ever is the minding the buzzer on that day please be mindful that It might be a family member hanging out there outside without chance of getting inside that horrible nursing home.
Delivery for a resident at CatholicCare in Croydon took about 30 minutes. We rang the bell and tried calling reception but received no response. We could only complete the drop off because someone happened to be leaving. Access for couriers needs improvement.
My Mum spent only 4 nights here on respite but it is an excellent care home. The staff are uniformly wonderful, empathetic & caring. The rooms are spacious if a little hospital like. It's very clean. The food offering is excellent as is the activities program. There's an on-site cafe that overlooks a central garden square that is filled with sunshine. It is an excellent care home. They go above and beyond. Many thanks. Steve
Terrible experience with Anie. Is rude to my father constantly and I have sent them a formal complaint over it. Also hygiene problems in the room that they cover up.
Unfortunately my experience with administration has been poor, left 3 messages for Marina to email information and to date have received nothing. Very poor service.
