I was so delighted with the warm and caring welcome as I entered the building of the Catholic Book Coorperation. From the folks in the office to the gentleman who placed my order in the car, I was more than pleased with everyones help. It was 5 star operation!!!
Do you have a store in your building? I also see that most of your photos seem to be of a different business and not your publications.
Rude Customer Service. I called because I needed help with my order. The lady who picked up the phone was not nice and she hung up on me! I never expected such treatment from a Catholic Company.
Placed an order from Canada, thinking the free shipping applied to me as well. Someone in customer service took the time to cancel my mistaken order for me, look up names and numbers of equivalent Canada retailers, and then called me to give the information and wished me a blessed day. I cannot imagine a better customer service experience. I went online and ordered the same book from a Canadian site. Thank you, so much!
