We went on a walk-in tour of your retirement home and was shown around by a staff member named Tanya Hodges whatever her name on the brochure. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Tanya did not come across as welcoming or genuinely interested in showing us the facility. When I first met her, she seemed pleasant, but there was something that didn’t sit quite right with me.
