This building for seniors is beyond beautiful, but be forewarned the Director Tania is absolutely cut throat, rude, ignorant, doesn’t answer questions and horrible and moves way too fast on a tour. Negative stars if it was possible
We went on a walk-in tour of your retirement home and was shown around by a staff member named Tanya Hodges whatever her name on the brochure. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Tanya did not come across as welcoming or genuinely interested in showing us the facility. Her attitude felt unwelcoming, and at times, it seemed as though she viewed our visit as an attempt to "dump" our mother there, which was both hurtful and unprofessional. When I first met her, she seemed pleasant, but there was something that didn’t sit quite right with me.
