We had a very poor experience with interior decorator Catherine Henderson. After charging us £250 for an initial visit to understand our renovation needs, she never followed up with any ideas or plans. When we went to her studio to inquire, she scheduled a meeting but canceled just days before due to illness, and then went silent. It's clear that if you're not spending a huge sum, she won't prioritize you. Her lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend her services.
