Went in for estate planning/will write up. After an hour and a half meeting, I turned over all of the paperwork on my end. After weeks of not hearing from Catherine I called - no response. I tried numerous emails and phone calls/voice messages. This was three years ago and still have never heard back - paperwork was not returned, no will was made and no call/email response.
If you have a sibling that fights your father's last wishes and drag's the estate into probate please don't let Monroe County Court House assign Katherine Evens from Columbia IL to be your court appointed Administrator she has done absolutely nothing since October 2024 but give empty promises she has probably lost my father house to foreclosure failed to put house up for sale in 3 month extension won't contact finance company Been saying since December she was filing another heir at court house and still failed to do so all ... read more
