She works with you to identify and successfully resolve the triggers which influence the behaviors you wish to add, remove, change or modify. I enjoyed my time with her and heartily recommend her.
The Sessions Really Worked! The process was so different than I imagined from the movies. Catherine talked with me extensively to better understand what I wanted to change, and more importantly, how I want to feel about these things that trigger my frustration with people at work and driving. Sent this review not sure posted I cannot thank Catherine Darras enough for the incredible impact she has had on my life. During one of the most stressful periods, I was struggling inability to get into a deep REM sleep.
