Terrible patient service. Won't even return calls. Won't even answer for pharmacy to get prescription re fills.

I would have given this establishment no stars of possible. Their billing department is an absolute joke and you cannot get in contact with anyone. Me and my husband used this office and they incorrectly filed our insurance costing us much more in lab bills that they refuse to rectify, after admitting they used the wrong coding. Dr. Bomberger is not even in the office anymore at this point and you are better to use a GP elsewhere. I gave three stars only because I think so highly of Dr. Bombarger. However, her office seems to be in constant disarray. It is very difficult to get scripts refilled, takes days to get a response to voicemails, and the staff/doctors/PAs change frequently. Hopefully it will get better once Dr. Bombarger is back in the office.
