My wife and I had a wonderful two day session with Catherine. She took us to many local spots where the views were excellent. More importantly, she was a pleasure to work with. Her professionalism and knowledge was much appreciated. A great two days were had.
Catherine was a great guide and photography coach! She uniquely knows and takes you to otherwise “hidden” areas and subjects that only a local who shoots everyday and studies the animals and their patterns know. You cannot do this on your own. She couples this knowledge of where and what to shoot with interesting history and facts along the way. We (a couple) booked Catherine for two days to take us to some beautiful photography locations on Vancouver Island, including both landscapes and wildlife. We had two amazing days. Catherine is a true professional, with extensive knowledge of nature and wildlife. She is also very respectful of animals and takes care not to disturb them, which we greatly appreciated. Had a truly enjoyable experience with Catherine. She is a patient and knowledgeable guide, giving some great technical tips as well as some pointers for thinking about photo composition. In a few short hours she had me reconnecting with my camera in a meaningful way. Highly recommended!
