Some of the front staff are rude. Communication with the manager is subpar. Doesn’t reply to emails.
When we first went to visit before moving in we were impressed by the facility despite the fact they were in the midst of several repairs because of a water leak and a need for a refresh. We moved in and lived there for almost five years and those repairs and refresh were never completed. The Manager was trying to do a lot of things herself (or as cheaply as possible) as a way to save money and was rarely able to keep up with the demand.
