Be very careful - one of the women here has stolen thousands of pounds (in excess of 10k going back years) off my vulnerable, disabled, elderly Mother, by not passing the rent on to her! . This solitary star is absolutely undeserved. I discovered today after handing back my property a month ago immaculately, that despite no damages whatsoever Cathedral refuse to return my deposit unless I hand over more money immediately. JG.
Contacted them with a house issue (mould), they didnt report it to the landlord. 6 weeks later something was finally done when i contacted landlord myself. I wouldnt use this company again, or recommend them to anyone. Also withheld rent from the landlord for no reason so I had to prove I'd paid my rent, not a professional letting agent.
Takes over a month to get a deposit returned after leaving a property and they charge £35 to speed up the process. Not even an apology for directly stating it would be 20 days earlier, just a shirty email.
