I had a massage.with Kiko, very professional, very attentive, she made.me feel very comfortable and the massage was so.relaxing i could barely.think after.The place is very clean and the staff are very courteous and accommodating.
I had a massage here yesterday. The place itself is very clean and the communication was great, which I really appreciated. However, the massage itself was not very satisfying. Some areas were treated far too lightly, almost like just touching, while other areas were much too strong. Unfortunately, I woke up today with neck pain and stiffness, almost like a torticollis. Overall, while the environment and customer service were good, the quality and consistency of the massage could definitely be improved.
Terrible experience. Booked a week in advance and they never showed. Just awful.
