I would not recommend this massage center. The overall experience was disappointing and definitely not worth the price we paid. The full-body massage itself was acceptable and the therapist did check whether the pressure was comfortable. But during the massage, the therapist repeatedly hit my head and I still have a headache. I get massages with Lulu for my frozen shoulder and it really helps me.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. My husband and I visited Spa Cathy on Guy Street today. The massages were excellent, but the experience at checkout completely overshadowed them. Despite leaving a 15% tip, the staff member made uncomfortable comments about the gratuity and even told me I was “not kind” for not giving more. I was so uncomfortable that I almost cried.
