I needed ambulette services for a family member at the last minute and searched for services that had a decent Google rating. I came across Cathay Express and their 5-star rating so I called. I spoke to "Yung" and he pulled a few strings and was able to get an ambulette to me within the timeframe I needed - 2 hours. The driver was incredible - he helped my family member into their wheelchair with professionalism and followed me to our destination and helped transfer my family member to the facility's wheelchair.
