DONT WORK HERE!! DONT SEND YOUR LOVE ONES HERE!! RUDE EMPLOYEES. LIARS. ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY. HAVE YOUR LOVE ONES ON BROKEN BUSES NO A/C , TELLING BUS DRIVER & MONITOR ITS OKAY IN 100+ weather.. MONITORS ARENT TRAINED, ARENT CPR CERTIFIED. HORRIBLE COMPANY. EVERYDAY IS THE LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM. LAWSUIT COMING THEIR WAY REAL SOON. Cathay Express is simply the best. They are always picking me up and sending me the same driver, Jay, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I have grown quite close to Jay and I can honestly say he is a fantastic driver. He is always kind, helpful and punctual. I have complete peace of mind riding with Cathay express and I know they are taking care of me. This company is completely professional and customer oriented. I have used Cathay services at least 4 different times since early April and each time I am impressed with the quality of service I receive. Whether it is by luck or pre-arrangement, I have been attended each time by employee Jay, who is not only friendly and professional, but also premember my preferences like pillow placement or arms over the blanket. He is very respectful of patient privacy and comfort. They are always on time and communicate clearly and accurately. I cant find any faults in their services as I have exper... read more
