I had a really positive experience using their services, driver was pleasant and the call answering service provide timely updates on the ETA
Wish I could leave zero stars but it made me choose one. Pulled an illegal u turn in the middle of broadway (busy main road) in Kingston, NY during rush hour and utilized designated bike lane to do so while cutting off traffic, many of whom were just picking up from the school down the road. Wouldn’t trust them with any transportation.
These guys are trying to do the best they can to provide excellent service. God Bless you guys !!!
