I recently switched over to Cathay Express and I was very surprised by their professionalism. Not only did they arrive exactly on time, but the communication was just excellent. I knew exactly what vehicle to look for, how much longer it would take for the vehicle to arrive and where the vehicle was at the moment. I use this company every time I need to see my doctor and they always deliver. They arrive on time and their service is top notch. Vehicles have the latest equipment and the drivers are trained to be the best in the business. I could not feel safer. I will always use Cathay Express

Cathay Express came through for me when I needed them immediately. I needed a transportation last minute due to my ride cancelled on me so I quickly called Cathay Express I found on google and got a ride for me within 1 hours time. I was impressed by the service and professionalism that was displayed by the dispatcher and driver. Thank you very much

I absolutely recommend Cathay Express to anyone in need of this type of service. My grandmother is wheelchair bound and it is so difficult to get her into our family cars. Their service allowed her to be with our family and celebrate Christmas or other important gatherings. This was significantly raised her quality of life.
