So expensive !! Taking advantage of people that have no other choice. They are the only private medical transportation around and they wanted to charge me 200 dollars round trip TO GO 5 BLOCKS. absolutely sick. They should shut this place down.

I’ve been using there services for wheelchairs transportation services for the past two month we really love there profession services.
We used Cathay Express for medical transport for my husband from Queens to Manhattan. He had just had surgery and was in a wheelchair. The driver was an angel. He took excellent care getting him into the van using a lift and drove carefully through a major rainstorm. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company, not only for the excellent care in all aspects, but also for the reasonable cost for this important service. Thank you to Cathay Express. You guys are awesome!
