My recent experience at this bank was extremely disappointing. Firstly, the staff had a very cold attitude. They stood at the front desk chatting with colleagues, completely ignoring customers, without even offering the most basic greeting. It was as if they had no regard for the customers' needs. I waited nearly 30 minutes to be served, and it wasn't until someone who appeared to be a manager finally noticed us and asked about our needs. However, even then, their ability to resolve issues was questionable.
I went to apply for a credit card few days ago. The service staff is very unprofessional, with poor service attitude and poor English.

The customer service here was horrible even though they weren't very busy. We were not helped for several minutes and stood by waiting to be helped but the tellers were only interested in gossiping to each other. When we were finally helped, the lady seemed annoyed to answer and questions and told us to make another appointment.
