If I could give 0 stars I would. Ive never had such a horrible experience trying to cash a check. Kathy Young went to the absolute highest extent to confirm i was the owner of this check, even after providing all the necessary forms of identification she asked me for. All the bank tellers spoke in a different language while I was there, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. I left this bank feeling like a criminal for trying to cash my check. Don’t know what type of business this branch is doing??We tried to open an Everyday checking, but this branch force us to open a Saving also.. The Saving w/ min $500 for least 3 months.. otherwise, they won’t open any account at all… I don’t even know there is a law exist that force people to use the service that they don’t want..
Just another Chinese bank with friendly staff
This is my go-to bank while in the States. Have quite a few banks spread out all over LA and the staff are more personable than the big chains.
