I have been doing business with Cathay for several years. This branch is outstanding, the staff are nice and helpful. They speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese. 他們講國語和廣東話。
After being a long time customer of this bank, I am disappointed in the customer service and the lack of transparency at this bank. I was charged a service fee without my knowledge and was told that my account didn’t meet the minimum when it did the entire time. I was then asked to come in to the bank to fix this error since the following month I would be charged another service fee. The representative then said that this would happen again in April.
