"I visited this branch today and had a wonderful experience thanks to April. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and efficient in assisting us. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service these days. Highly recommend asking for April if you need help!"
Stopped at 1:30 but manager explained (with a mouth full of food) that the teller was on lunch break that I would have to come back later. I looked around for prank cameras but found nothing but a manager chewing her food.
