I went to Cathay Bank to open a business account, planning to deposit some cash immediately afterward. But because I was missing one document, they couldn't open the account. I had to cancel everything I had planned to do next and take the cash back home. Later, I realized that the missing document was something I could have downloaded online. Stopped at 1:30 but manager explained (with a mouth full of food) that the teller was on lunch break that I would have to come back later. I looked around for prank cameras but found nothing but a manager chewing her food.
