I would like to report a very unpleasant experience with one of your employees named Betty. A few months ago, she helped me open a new account. At that time, she told me that my physical debit card would be mailed to my address within one or two weeks.However, after waiting several months, I still never received the card. When I called today to ask about it, Betty told me that I was supposed to come to the bank to pick it up. I have accounts with several neighborhood banks; all have issues, due to low education, and lacking analytical ability to understand and resolve issues. Although slow to resolve my issues, Cathay is my preferred (if I must keep accounts nearby). Will move all my accounts from nearby bank(P.G.B). I had the worst experience with (P.G.B); I don't understand why updating a phone number takes over a year and 10+ times with different people, department and HQ - still haven't been resolved at P.G.B

I am helping my mom from Cathay banking ,she just done spine disc surgery ,Doesn’t move so well,all bank have their own rule,manage-Gloria and one clerk,not bored ,never tired of helping taken responsibility in and out couple times of banking service get done,really motion touching my heart,and ,front server representative -Ryan yang very patience help out set up on line banking,be cause account not touched for a year,online banking had hard time setting up.
