My mother was working with Sheila last week to make a normal transaction. She came back into the car and was very frustrated so I’m writing this on her behalf since she can’t speak English. I usually drive her to go to the branch in Union City. Never has she experienced so much unprofessionalism. She takes forever and is very loud. A bank is supposed to be quiet. My mother and I will never come here again and will be going to our home branch to file a complaint.
