There was this elderly couple around 80yrs who were waiting outside for a long time for the bank to open. The opening time on the door said 10:00 AM. He was waiting since 9:50. His wife stated that the employees showed up late. It was around 10:10 when they finally opened the door. The old man asked the employee if he could go inside and sit but the employee declined saying that there was a technical issue. At first, I was pleased with this branch since I was disgusted with the one at 43 E. Valley Blvd in Alhambra due to its horrific treatments..The cashier in charged was Karen Meng did the stupidest as a rep. of Cathay Bank..She couldn't tell me the headquarters phone number to make complaints and told me to go online and search..She then refused to close my first account at her branch and adamantly told me to go back to the original branch where I first opened the accounts in Alhambra..Since when the banks have such policy if... read more
