Terrible customer service! I called to inquire about loan options, and the representative was extremely rude, impatient, and completely unhelpful. Completely unprofessional attitude. Save your time and take your business to another bank.

Great experience at the bank thanks to Georgina Wen. She explained complex U.S. banking terms using familiar Chinese banking concepts, making everything easy to understand. She also introduced current CD promotions, calculated the total interest, which helped me decide right away, helped set up mobile banking, and clearly guided me through an online wire transfer. Professional, patient, and very efficient — highly recommend!
