Great experience at the bank thanks to Georgina Wen. She explained complex U.S. banking terms using familiar Chinese banking concepts, making everything easy to understand. She also introduced current CD promotions, calculated the total interest, which helped me decide right away, helped set up mobile banking, and clearly guided me through an online wire transfer. Professional, patient, and very efficient — highly recommend!

Visited this branch and found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially Anson who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered my many loan questions with expertise and patience.
