Don’t do it. Catertrax is horrible. I do not understand all these positive reviews. My coworker still cannot even get in even though we’ve emailed support twice. I have so many complaints it’s ridiculous. I have to do twice as much work now to schedule recurring meetings. The CFO along with our catering team are mad bc of how catertrax blows up our emails. The concept for Catertrax is great. However, the company is extremely hard to work with. Why have a web based company and not allow clients to make simple edits of there own menus? Then when calling support to have these edits made, staff is rude or cannot answer questions and keep pushing you to enter a ticket online.
