For some reason, in order to pay off your equipment in full I had to pay $2000 for insurance even though I only owned the equipment for a week. They said they would refund the money, they did not, 2 months later still nothing. Another month passes, I call for probably the 5th time, they do nothing. They say my check is in the mail now, we'll see. Either way they kept my money for way too long, never should have taken it in the 1st place. I strongly recommend not doing business with Cat Financial.
I applied for a loan on a Caterpillar 304E2 excavator and Ed Grech told me that my $35k loan request wasn't worth his time to process because he has bigger loans with more important customers. Very unprofessional person and it's hard to believe that he is the senior territory manager.
