I am a resident in Nashville. I live on West End Avenue. I walk my dog routinely past the front of the building on the PUBLIC sidewalk which I have a right to do. More importantly, the area in front of the building prior to the roundabout is zoned as being owned by vanderbilt plaza - Caterpillar financial does not own this property. Can someone explain to me why anytime my dog enters this area ZONED AS VANDERBILT PLAZA why the security guard comes to bully me off of the grass that is not owned by Caterpillar?
