Great team standing by their products. Sent a faulty item out and on being informed of the defect immediately shipped another at no cost on an overnight courier. Much appreciated team!

Extremely bad experience with store manager/ owner of .the corner ELECTRICAL REPAIR shop !!!!.( not carter marine shop,but next door, run by husband and wife . Made appointment with the owner/ manager( I think his name is JAMES) to come to my boat,to do some electrical work the next morning, but did not show up all day,even I was first on the written list he had for that day!
