I bought a cap clamp and it was awesome. I've had no trouble and I live in an area where people love to steal these. I bought a second one, but unfortunately, it didn't work for this particular car. Their service is amazing, they are super responsive and I'll be using them again in the future.

My only issue with CatClamp is that it was a bit tricky to install, especially since I didn't have access to a lift and was on my back on a crawler. However, now that I have it on, I feel very confident that it will prevent theft. I researched various ways to protect converters after I had one stolen from a car I had parked in my own driveway, and this seemed like the best solution.

I've installed about 70 of these and they garbage to be completely honest. The security but come in every bit set, so taking it off would be easier than putting it on.

I purchase a catclamp back in 2020 when they stole two of my catalytic converter. It was great till I had my car service at a mechanic when they stole my catalytic converter and the catclamp on Feb 2024 under there shop. I could not believe that even happened. I believe they shop stole it but i cannot prove it. Purchase another one and hopefully it won't get stolen this time.

My F250 has 2 cats, the clamps fit perfectly once I chose the correct pipe size. Threading the cable was easy if you remember not to tighten the clamp. They were right when they said you have enough cable to thread through and around frame and support structures. I made sure to stay clear of both moving, replaceable (oil filter) and I chose not to allow it to rub the piping. The structure of the clamp was a little weak.
