Be careful when you shop here they will put things out for a discount but once you get it up to the register, they will say that it wasn’t something on sale even though is says on the sign that it’s part of the sale!
I've shopped here before and like their products and personal attention. Not so today. I was in the store for over 10 minutes while the woman behind the counter has an extensive conversation with another woman about her experiences ushering at various Illitch Entertainment locations and other sites topics. No pause in conversation, no acknowledgement. I needed assistance finding the product I wanted and looked around myself while waiting. I finally left and made my purchase at Monger's instead.
Not very welcoming or good in customer service. Whenever I go in, no one greets me or asks if I need help, all the girls are just standing around chatting. Owner of the store (blonde lady with glasses) is often short with customers and snobby.
