I have interacted with them over many years for soccer team photos, and I have always had an amazing experience with Kristie and her team. It is not easy to coordinate the schedule and manage kids of all ages, and they always handle the process really well. The ordering process is smooth and even more importantly they take great photos! Great job Kristie and great job Catch Me if You Can!!
This is my 3rd or year having my sons picture taken by this company for little league photos and I’ve been unimpressed for the past two years because they keep using the creek at Abrams park as the background for photos instead of the actual baseball fields. The photos always end up with completely blown out highlights where ever the sun touches, and creates yellow toning where it’s supposed to be green. Terrible experience with this company! TERRIBLE customer service. Zero service skill. Arguing with their own customer over $2 shipping cost. Either she is running low on her bank account or she is just stupid about $2 shipping cost. I’ve informed her immediately after I placed my order with the correct address. The order site won’t allow you to make any changes once it’s checkout. She ask to venmo her $2. What a joke.
