I have tried to make contact with them 4 times now. Will not attempt again. I ordered $125 worth of chicks on Jan 18th and 21st. No response when I call no text back and no emails back. I wanted to get my chicks early so they will be laying by August at the latest. Country max ended up with my business. Update someone finally emailed me back when I said I wanted to cancel my order. Great experience here. Very helpful and professional even during one of the busiest times. The chicks I got were very healthy and all are thriving now a couple of weeks later. Will definitely purchase chicks again in the future!
Jeffery is amazing! He is very knowledgeable, and super friendly. We wanted chicks during one of the busiest times for him, and he still was extremely reasonable, and accommodating. His wealth of knowledge, and true passion for raising and hatching chicks, is invaluable. I am so glad we decided to support a local business, and truly feel that we have the beginning of a wonderful network here in the chicken business. I would hands down recommend him to anyone looking for chicks, feed, or advice! We will be back!!
