I love the way he takes care of dog care
It’s kind of a Jekyl and Hyde type scenario. There is one guy that is awesome, super helpful and knowledgeable. Then there is another guy that is incredibly rude, condescending and clueless. I’m not sure what else to say. We had a great experience there years ago and then they dropped the ball on subsequent orders.
I first reached out over 2 months ago via website. Tried to be patient bc it's spring and I'm sure they're busy. Called but VM says to text, do I texted 4/12, and again 5/3. Finally, they reply and could do a custom order. I replied with breeds and numbers. Nothing. Followed up 3/10, 3/15, and 3/17 (got a reply with irrelevant info. I asked about the order again. Silence.) Checked in again today. Two full Months and I still don't know if I can order chicks. I give up and am going elsewhere.
