All I wanted to was to set up appointments for both my parents, the person i talked to “Bryan”, was extremely unprofessional and rude over the phone. As I was trying yo explain my situation he interrupted my saying “I thought this was for your son” no where did i mention it was for my son, so when I corrected him he was being very persistent that he was not wrong. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt after seeing the low reviews this place has, but I can now underStand why, without even setting foot in the place.
Thank you so much for y'all's help!!! The staff in this place is amazing, really nice people, professional, really good at their job. I had an appointment and needed my paper work the same day, I recommend them 100%.
Very rude and hateful. Had to do my breathing test for work. Went back to do my post test and had to wait when there was 3 women in the front who just ignored me and could have told me what a ride ass guy told me. Would highly recommend no one go here. They suck.
The front desk workers were very rude, I was profiled based off of my looks by some of the workers. Did not enjoy my experience here.
