Went to the Belmont Catawba River Outfitters on Thursday March 26. There were 3 young women working at the front counter. None of them asked the 4 of us if we needed any assistance or acknowledged us. We ended up buying a puffer jacket and a pair of pants. They checked us out but mostly just continued their conversation with each other. Nice store, nice product but poor customer service.
I ordered an item from their website. I received a text later from someone who apparently works there and they apologized but the item was not available. I asked for a refund and they said they would. Two months later no refund. I texted the person twice with no response. Shop here at your own risk.
Not one to leave a negative review, but this one for me defies logic. Their policy for discounted merchandise is final sale. Got it. I wanted to purchase a jacket in size small as a birthday gift that had been marked down. Not being 100% sure about the size I asked if the small could be exchanged for one of the four mediums still available on the rack. The answer was a hard NO.
