UPDATE: As per the clinic’s response, I have never mentioned that I had another commitment or that I was in a rush whatsoever. I'm not sure where this information is coming from. This information was not confirmed to or by me and there was no conversation of such. In fact, no one had spoken to me. The woman who gave me a massage confirmed that I had an appointment and then told me to wait. She then proceeded to show me the way to the room and told me to change. I had a lymphatic drainage / relaxing massage appointment and wanted to share some feedback. I was brought into the room around 4:55 and was fully ready to begin my 5:00 appointment on time. However, the masseuse didn’t come in until about 5:05, and the session ended at 5:54 — making the total massage only 49 minutes instead of the full hour that I paid for. I had the most amazing massage from Janet. Her technique was incredible and every movement felt intentional and deeply healing. She cared and payed close attention to what I needed.
