BEWARE! If you're selling your property and looking for a local solicitor, Catanzaro VC WILL charge you if the sale contract falls through. I was charged $683.00 as the buyer was unable to obtain finance which resulted in sale contract being terminated. I understand everyone needs to be paid for their work however this is excessive. I have since found another solicitor to complete the sale of my contract and was charged a total of $799.
