The physical therapist is great, the issue I have is that I am sick with a cold and was told unless I don't reschedule for this week (it's Thursday) then I would get charged. Why would I come sick with a cold on Friday is my confusion. Then I didn't want to participate with this establishment anymore so I asked for my future appointments to be canceled and I called again to make sure and the receptionist asked me if I was sure. Dr Jen and her team are excellent. I have dealt with both hip issues and TMJ for quite some time but they have healed me. Her diagnosis of the root cause was spot on and treatment worked. There are none better.
My experience with Dr Brent was excellent! Through his guidance I made big improvements in my flexibility and strength in my knees,
Catalyst physical therapy has been unbelievable for my son who plays baseball over the past few years he has had a few injuries and Dr Jen and staff have completely got him back to 100% and still active in baseball ty so much to dr Jen and staff
