I had shoulder surgery about 13 years ago. I'm pretty active and lift weights. My left shoulder has never felt anywhere near as strong as my right. Over the years I've been to a few different physical therapy appts. They showed me exercises and I do them pretty regularly. But my shoulder has always bothered me. I was pretty certain I'd need surgery again. Coming to catalyst was a last ditch effort. This was a far more comprehensive approach. I have received PT at Catalyst following a car accident, after trying chiropractic treatment with little success. At Catalyst, however, improvement is evident in my level of function, as well as in a decrease in overall pain and fatigue. Dr. Shein, my therapist, is a knowledgeable and caring professional who assists and encourages me to reach my rehabilitation goals. Overall, the staff is friendly and efficient. Nicole, in particular, is kind and attentive. I do definitely recommend Catalyst Physical Therapy.

This was my first time ever doing physical therapy. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Dr. Luis at the Clearwater location was very informative! He helped me understand the issue with my knee and was very informative on the steps we were going to take to heal it. Also, he has a great sense of humor (which I think is needed more)! Additionally, the front desk staff was very nice. I sadly did not catch her name, but she was at the front every time I came in and was very nice and helpful. Thanks for helping me and my knee!

They have helped the healing process at each session. Fast forward to 2025, I had a hip replacement that was another serious surgery. I really didn’t think I would ever see the light at the end of the tunnel. After my at home physical therapy I requested my physical therapy to be at Catalyst whic... read more
