Paul was highly professional from start to finish and went above and beyond to find the right outcomes for our family which we are so grateful for. He is warm and down to earth and both him and his Office Manager Kellie were reassuring, kind and very thorough. Not only did we reach the legal conclusions we hoped for but we were well cared for throughout the process. Highly recommend this company as well as Paul and his team.
Paul is down to earth and puts the child's needs first. He gave my son some valuable advice and made him feel comfortable and relaxed.
Extremely unprofessional, showed up to mediation via zoom in a hooded jumper. After 4 hours and $1700 no notes were taken or exchanged which has now left me in a position where my settlement hasn't been resolved because what was agreed in mediation has no substance. I'd highly recommend going somewhere else as this is just a money grabbing scam.
I found the principal Mr faucet to be extremely rude to me. Aggressive in his behaviour and quite abusive in there where he handled me. Sad
