Very poor customer service when it comes to having an issue. No ownership is taken by the store management all website mislabing is blamed on corporate and exchange policies are not explained correctly to the customers on the phone which leads to wasted trips to the shop
These fools are whack. I had attempted to make an online purchase on 420. They had orders paused all day. Then i drove there all the way from Tehachapi. Arrived at 8:58 PM to a locked gate and a chump security guard not letting anyone in. I even had my daughter try and pick up the products I was wanting as she was the only person to have success with online ordering that day and the budtender wouldn't let her add to the order. I ended up taking my $200 elsewhere.
Turned into a trash location fast. They started using AI descriptions on the website and they completely mislabel products. today is the third time I’ve gone home with something that is not what it said it was when I clicked “purchase” on the website.
