Most of them are nice and friendly when i go there. I get just the St. IDES juice all the time. This is a little crazy how they treated me over the phone. I had asked they if I could exchanged 1 of the fruit punch I got. Since two of those fruit punch came from the back and was pretty warm. I got home, and tried it., it didn’t do anything. Amariana is the best worker for a cannabis industry that I have ever met no matter what time what day I have been in there she has always made me feel a part of catalyst whether being a customer she is truly amazing, welcoming, and kind hearted if it wasn’t for her I probably would not keep on continually come every weekend, the budtenders are also amazing and make sure you feel always welcome
Catalyst is the Best dispensary in Long Beach, hands-down! If you know, you know, Coldfire absolutely has the best quality. Especially if you’re looking for terps! I come in for a couple of Coldfire carts every Sunday when it’s 15% off…ran out early so popped in today and they had at least 10 different flavors to choose from!
Very friendly, hospitable, and kind customer service. Would recommend to friends and family. Hopefully corporate sits at the table for their negotiations soon!
