Underrenovation currently, when finished should be really beautiful place.
The maintenance worker started yelling at my son who was just looking at the upstairs library, there was a closet door open and his wife asked him what were all those wires. After he yelled at them, he then slammed that door, it was very loud and startled me. Is this how the staff there treats residents living there? Very alarming.
We took our Mother into this facility for a tour (it was under construction and things were a bit messy in which we totally understood with construction and upgrades)... Cathy gave us the tour and informed us that the Maintenance Employee (Nathan Rivera) was going to walk with us; we were fine with this.
