Worst massage ever and very expensive too.
Walkins welcome but no one is there to help you and the lady on the phone told us to book it in the future because she won’t send anybody to help us. So rude and unprofessional. In addition no admiration on the website that you have to book in advance
The lady who answered the phone was nice, until she wasn’t. The website doesn’t state all the things she mentioned on the phone. Misinformation. The masseuse is only there if there’s an appointment and yet the business lists “walk-ins welcome”. How do you walk-in if you need an appointment? Instead of being accommodating for the error, she was just rude and hung up on my friend. Will never try to come back here as customer service and communication is poor.
I can’t recommend this place enough. Wonderful massage. Highly recommend booking an appointment whilst visiting the island.
