Nothing like standing in line and they don't have an atm that will offer you cash for their deposit. They lady was so rude and nasty. I want be back and they act like it's a fast food restaurant, let us get you in and get out. No Good morning, hello- nothing. We were back on the time and they charged us $10 because people were blocking the driveway and we had to park the cart so it made us a minute late. So unprofessional and talked down to us because we asked why we were charged that. DO NOT rent from these scammers
After waiting in line for 1/2hr, get to the counter, jumped thru various hoops for their paperwork, the technician asked “how are you satisfied with our service at this point?” My wife, who is in a wheelchair, says “it’s a bit much” making reference to how rude we were being treated.
