Even after reading negative reviews, everything went very smoothly; the car was in good condition, we returned it on time with ease, and both the pickup and drop-off were very quick.

This golf cart rental vendor wanted $65 in cash for a security deposit. We didn't have that much of cash because like most people we use credit cards. Anyway, got a private golf cart tour for $300! We also did the hummer tour for about $200! I hope this company will change their policy on the cash security deposit. I mean if there was anything wrong with the golfcart they could have simply charged the credit card for it why have such a policy to rent a golf cart to begin with?

Was part of a group where a couple people had hats from a nearby bar. Even those of us, myself included, who did not drink an ounce of alcohol were refused renting a cart. Poor to not rent to those who do not drink. It’s their loss though.

Just look at the reviews. this place charged me for 1hr rental when they told me to go back 20 minutes after the rental, i was stuck trying to get back because there was a fire in the island i asked for a refund since i couldn’t go anywhere to explore, they were rude to me and just said its not their fault, i understand its not but its not my fault either they didn’t offer any sort of compensation i even asked if i can just use the time another day. They kept being rude saying that all they can do is give me the deposit back... read more

Rented when in Catalina on a Disney cruise in mid April 2026. Staff are rude and condescending. Do not order in advance. They rip you off with deposits and fees. Equipment is old and not maintained. Stay away from!!
