The worst customer service I have seen. The supervisor was denying people service left and right including me and my family because of her big ego. Instead of being helpful to people who are trying to enjoy the island, they screwed up all my plans because there’s no other rental spot for bigger golf carts. They all need to take courses in customer service! August 5, 2025 – Avoid if you’re on a cruise! Our group of 12 (including 4 kids) filled out the forms and waited in the heat for 1.5 hours, only to watch smaller groups get golf carts before us. Staff first said it was because we were a large group, then claimed we weren’t on the list — later admitting we were. When we complained, they canceled our reservation entirely. We waited for a long time in line (around half hour) we had everything ready prepared but then they say we can’t rent the car because the driver don’t speak English, he had driver license and we have passenger that can help translate but they still won’t let us rent it… we feel we are getting racial discrimination

The first time I came to this beautiful island with great expectation, I came to this car rental company, and I was severely discriminated by language. My English was not good, so I simply communicated. When I said that my English was not good, I took out my translator and the staff refused to use it. Very bad store. Several female receptionists at the front desk discriminate against people who are not proficient in English. They are sarcastic and have a bad attitude. They should be fired.
