Walked in to try to set up an appointment. Rude lady told me I'd have to file an extension, fine. Said couldn't see me until May, fine. I asked if she could point me in the right direction for filing an extension and she looked at me like I had 3 heads and shook her head in the negative. Walked out. Not very inviting for someone looking for a new business and personal accountant.
Someone said they are over priced. You get what you pay for. Cataflamo and associates are people you can trust to do the best for you and not get you in trouble with the government.
Filled out questionnaire and missed some answers. No follow up or phone call. No face to face to hear our concerns. And for his services,,, over priced.
