Paid for the weight at cat scale 1239 in the app. Went inside to get the paper because this load is being relayed to another driver and was told if I paid in the app they won't give the paper. If I pay the amount for the full service, I expect the full service. If no paper is given, less should be charged. Will not be returning to this location unless this is fixed.
