Just like every other CAT scale in America. Easy to use, especially with the app, and accuracy they're willing to prove in court with you. I cannot recommend using g the app highly enough. On a 5 star system, they should get a 10 star review. Typically, it's faster than normal weighing. It leaves a record on your phone, but you can go inside for a paper copy if you need it.
