I am new to California and had no idea that I had to weigh my pickup in order to register my car. I went here, having no idea what I am doing and the gentlemen running the register and the security guard (I regret not getting their names) could not have been more kind and helpful. I really appreciated them and their help. Hopefully I don’t have to weigh my truck again but I would absolutely go here if I did.
Got my truck weighed and the woman Claudia who I spoke to was extremely rude. She had an attitude and seemed inconvenienced for asking for a service they offer. I highly recommend going to another weigh station!! Don’t waste your time being treated with disrespect.
I arrived at 6:50 to weight my vehicle and they were closed 🤯. I told the person behind the glass it wasn’t 7pm yet, regardless he said he had already closed . If it is the case that by 7pm they have to be out of there with close register then they should change their hours of operation to 6:30 or 6:45… 🤷♂️ If that’s not the case, and it was just this dude who wanted to be off work a couple of minutes earlier, than that’s is BS and he should better find another job and not make people waste their time
